Donald A. Eisner, Ph.D. J.D., is a licensed attorney and psychologist. Dr Eisner has served as an expert witness in State and Federal Court as well as in Administrative Hearings. He has
a Ph.D. from West Virginia University and a law degree from University of West Los Angeles. He was licensed to practice as an attorney in California in 1988. Donald Eisner has been a Visiting Professor of Forensic Psychology at Alliant University where he taught courses on law and ethics in mental health Dr. Eisner has also taught courses on forensic psychology assessment and psychopathology. He is currently teaching law and ethics via distance learning. He has testified in State and Federal court on mental health issues. Dr. Eisner has written an academic textbook entitled “The Death of Psychotherapy: From Freud to Alien Abductions”. He has published twenty professional articles. which include forensic issues as well topics on gerontology.
