Family Law

One of the most contentious areas in law involves child custody and visitation. There are some instances when the parties are reasonably amicable and mediation can take place.

You may need legal representation in the following situations:
  • The psychologist and/or court recommendations do not fit the facts
  • You want a second opinion regarding a psychological assessment or recommendations
  • You want a change in custody and/or visitation
  • You want to work things out in a non-adversarial manner
